Why Gymnastics?
Gymnastics is a sport that encourages children to learn and grow in many ways both inside and outside the gym. Children will gain confidence in themselves and their abilities while trying and mastering new skills, resulting in higher self-esteem. Full Day Camps
Ages 5+
9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Campers will enjoy a jam-packed day of gymnastics instruction mixed with activities based around each week's theme.

A one-piece leotard is best for girls (two-piece leotards are NOT permitted for safety reasons), or elastic shorts and a shirt that is form-fitting or can be tucked in. No buckles, buttons, drawstrings or zippers.

Hair must be pulled back away from face, no clips or bows.
