Ages 6+

Dynamix clinics will be taught by our experienced coaches. We will go through all the progressions and skills to take your gymnast to the next level. All gymnasts must have required skills to register. (If you are unsure of your child's skill level, please ask their instructor). Event Space is limited.

Pullover Clinic - All gymnasts must have a pullover with a spot to register.

Kickover Clinic - All gymnasts must have a bridge with straight arms to register.

Cartwheel Clinic - All gymnasts must have a basic understanding of cartwheel to register.

Back Handspring Clinic - All gymnasts must have back-bend kickover to register.

Kids Night Out

Ages 4+

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Give your kids an evening of fun, while you take the evening off. KIDS NIGHT OUT is a three hour action packed event, designed to keep your children flipping all night long in a fun and safe environment. Children will be seperated by age while they enjoy a number of activities such as, gymnastics games,obstacle courses, craft and so much more! Snack, pizza, and beverages are provided. 

Pre-registration is required. Kids Night Out is scheduled on the 3rd Saturday of every month.

Schools Out Camp

Ages 5+

9:00 am - 3:00 pm

When school’s out, gymnastics camp is in!  Come flip, tumble, and roll with us at our themed gymnastics camps! We will run a full day of fun activities including obstacle courses, relays, games, crafts, and more. Coaches will work gymnastics skills on all events. Each Camp will have a theme that will be announced prior to the camp date. Campers will need a morning snack and a healthy lunch with a beverage.

Join us every Friday! Get the kids out of the house and into the gym! Open Gym is a supervised program but non-structured, students may go on equipment that is available and work the skills of their choice. (Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins)

Homeschool

Ages 5+

Thursdays 

1:45 pm - 3:00 pm

Pre-registration is required. Homeschool gymnastics offers families an alternative to your child's physical education classes. Elements from all gymnastic events are available in an open gym format. This program offers overall body fitness, coordination development, and helps build confidence. Our homeschool program is offered for children ages 5+ regardless of past experience.

Play Group

Ages walker through 4 years

Wednesdays

10:00 am - 11:00 am

Play group is an hour-long session where parents can bring their children to the gym for open play. Parents must be with their children at all times. There will be different equipment set out each week for the children, guided by their parents, to explore and play. walk-ins allowed, no pre-registration required.
