Our skill-focused Clinics are led by experienced Dynamix coaches and designed to help gymnasts build confidence and master key progressions. Each clinic targets specific skills and provides focused instruction to help your child take their training to the next level. All participants must have the required prerequisite skills to register. If you’re unsure of your child’s readiness, please speak with their coach or check with the front desk.

All Bar Clinic

This clinic is designed for gymnasts ready to elevate their bar skills. Athletes will focus on mastering back hip circles, squat ons, and more while building strength and refining technique. Gymnast must have a pullover without a spot to register.(Division 3+)

Advanced Tumbling Clinic

This clinic is designed for gymnasts ready to advance their tumbling skills. Athletes will focus on developing power, flexibility, and technique for advanced skills like back handsprings, connected skills, back tucks, and layouts. Personalized coaching is provided to help each gymnast reach their goals. (Recommended for Division 4 Prep+)

Aerial Clinic

This clinic focuses on developing and refining the technique needed to achieve an aerial. Gymnasts will work through drills, progressions, and strength-building exercises to build confidence and control.
A mastered round-off and cartwheel are required to register. (Recommended for Division 3+)

Back Handspring Clinic

This clinic focuses on the technique, strength, and drills needed to master a back handspring. Gymnasts must have a backbend kickover to register. Perfect for athletes ready to take the next step in their tumbling skills.

Participants will focus on the technique and strength-building drills needed to achieve a pullover on bars. Kids Night Out

Ages 4+ | The third Saturday of the month | 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Kids Night Out at Dynamix Gymnastics is the ultimate evening of fun for children and a well-deserved break for parents. Held in our fully equipped, climate-controlled facility, this event gives kids the chance to jump, flip, and play through a variety of gymnastics and ninja activities. Each night includes high-energy games, obstacle courses, open gym time, and themed fun led by our trained and enthusiastic staff. We also provide pizza and snacks, and wrap up the night with a craft or movie, depending on the theme. It’s a safe, active, and exciting way for kids to spend a night out—and parents can enjoy a few hours to themselves knowing their child is in good hands.

The Sweetest Welcome Back

Ninja Competition

Ages 5+ |Saturday, February 27 |6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Participants will be grouped by age and put to the test on three timed obstacle courses designed to challenge speed, agility, and ninja skills. The fastest competitor in each age bracket on each course will earn a Medal of Ninja Excellence, and the winner of each event will take home a trophy. All ninjas will receive a participation medal, and the night is filled with high-energy fun, friendly competition, and a thrilling atmosphere that keeps everyone moving!

Open Gym

Join us on select second and/or fourth Fridays of each month for Open Gym at Dynamix, beginning Friday, October 9! Open Gym is a great opportunity for kids to explore the gym, practice their skills, and burn off energy in a fun, supervised environment. Whether they want to flip on the trampolines, climb the ninja rig, or work on their favorite gymnastics skills, this unstructured time allows them to move at their own pace. Our professional staff will be on hand to ensure safety while kids enjoy the freedom to jump, tumble, and play. It’s the perfect way to end the week with friends and fun!

Play Group

Crawlers - age 5 | Every Wednesday | 10:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Beginning October 7! Our Play Group for ages 2–5 is the perfect way to introduce young children to movement, social play, and the joy of gymnastics in a relaxed, parent-supervised setting. Held in our bright, kid-friendly facility, Play Group offers little ones the chance to explore age-appropriate equipment, crawl through tunnels, bounce on trampolines, and climb, jump, and balance at their own pace. While there’s no formal instruction, our staff is on hand to ensure a safe environment as children build coordination, confidence, and social skills. It’s a great first step into the world of active play—and a fun way to spend time together!

Dynamix Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel or change program schedules due to low enrollment, weather, or special events. Participants cancelled 48 hours prior to event start time are eligible to receive a full credit on their Dynamix account or transfer, refunds are not permitted. Participants canceled within 48 hours of event start time are ineligible to receive a credit, refund, or transfer.
