Our skill-focused Clinics are led by experienced Dynamix coaches and designed to help gymnasts build confidence and master key progressions. Each clinic targets specific skills and provides focused instruction to help your child take their training to the next level. All participants must have the required prerequisite skills to register. If you’re unsure of your child’s readiness, please speak with their coach or check with the front desk.

Advanced All Bar Clinic

March 7

This clinic is designed for gymnasts ready to elevate their bar skills. Athletes will focus on mastering glide kips, back hip circles, cast handstands, and squat ons while building strength and refining technique. A pullover without a spot is required to register. (Recommended for Division 3+)

Advanced Tumbling Clinic

This clinic is designed for gymnasts ready to advance their tumbling skills. Athletes will focus on developing power, flexibility, and technique for advanced skills like back handsprings, connected skills, back tucks, and layouts. Personalized coaching is provided to help each gymnast reach their goals. (Recommended for Division 4 Prep+)

Aerial Clinic

This clinic focuses on developing and refining the technique needed to achieve an aerial. Gymnasts will work through drills, progressions, and strength-building exercises to build confidence and control.
A mastered round-off and cartwheel are required to register. (Recommended for Division 3+)

Back Handspring Clinic

February 7 | May 2

This clinic focuses on the technique, strength, and drills needed to master a back handspring. Gymnasts must have a backbend kickover to register. Perfect for athletes ready to take the next step in their tumbling skills. (Recommended for Divisions 3+)

Cartwheel Clinic

This clinic focuses on the technique, strength, and drills needed to master a cartwheel. Gymnasts must have a basic understanding of a cartwheel to register. Perfect for athletes building confidence and form. (Recommended for Divisions 1–2)

Kickover Clinic

This clinic focuses on drills, flexibility, and strength needed to master a kickover. Gymnasts must have a solid bridge with straight arms to register. Perfect for athletes building backbend skills. (Recommended for Division 2)

Pullover Clinic

Our Pullover Clinic is designed to help gymnasts master the essential bar skill needed for the next division. Participants will focus on the technique and strength-building drills needed to achieve a pullover on bars. Perfect for gymnasts of all divisions who want to develop or refine this foundational bar skill—no prerequisite required!

Kids Night Out

Ages 4+ | The third Saturday of the month | 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Members: $37 | Non-Members: $47

Kids Night Out at Dynamix Gymnastics is the ultimate evening of fun for children and a well-deserved break for parents. Held in our fully equipped, climate-controlled facility, this event gives kids the chance to jump, flip, and play through a variety of gymnastics and ninja activities. Each night includes high-energy games, obstacle courses, open gym time, and themed fun led by our trained and enthusiastic staff. We also provide pizza and snacks, and wrap up the night with a craft or movie, depending on the theme. It’s a safe, active, and exciting way for kids to spend a night out—and parents can enjoy a few hours to themselves knowing their child is in good hands.

Lights, camera, action! At our “Let’s Go to the Movies” Kids Night Out, campers get to vote on the movie they want to watch with the tally displayed on our chalk wall. Alongside the movie fun, kids will create their very own Hollywood star to take home—a perfect keepsake from a night filled with entertainment and creativity.

Ready, Aim, NERF!

At our “Ready, Aim, NERF” Kids Night Out, the gym transforms into a NERF battle zone for an evening full of friendly competition, obstacle challenges, and action-packed games. Kids can bring their own NERF blasters to join in the excitement—we'll provide the space, they bring the skills!

Join us for a night inspired by the magic of the Lorax! Throughout the evening, the Lorax movie and music will set the tone for a fun and environmentally themed Kids Night Out. Kids will also get creative making Truffula tree cupcakes, combining delicious treats with a message about caring for our planet.

Color The Streets

Let creativity take over as we turn the parking lot into a colorful canvas! At our “Color the Streets” Kids Night Out, each group will have their own designated parking spot to design with sidewalk chalk masterpieces. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the fun continues indoors with our giant chalk wall. It’s an evening full of art, teamwork, and bright ideas!

Ninja Competition

Ages 5+ |Saturday, February 7 |2:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.

Members: $35 | Non-Members: $45

Participants will be grouped by age and put to the test on three timed obstacle courses designed to challenge speed, agility, and ninja skills. The fastest competitor in each age bracket on each course will earn a Medal of Ninja Excellence, and the winner of each event will take home a trophy. All ninjas will receive a participation medal, and the night is filled with high-energy fun, friendly competition, and a thrilling atmosphere that keeps everyone moving!

Open Gym

Ages 5+ | Every Friday | 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Join us every Friday for Open Gym at Dynamix, beginning October 3! Open Gym is a great opportunity for kids to explore the gym, practice their skills, and burn off energy in a fun, supervised environment. Whether they want to flip on the trampolines, climb the ninja rig, or work on their favorite gymnastics skills, this unstructured time allows them to move at their own pace. Our professional staff will be on hand to ensure safety while kids enjoy the freedom to jump, tumble, and play. It’s the perfect way to end the week with friends and fun!

Play Group

Crawlers - age 5 | Every Wednesday | 10:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Our Play Group for ages 2–5 is the perfect way to introduce young children to movement, social play, and the joy of gymnastics in a relaxed, parent-supervised setting. Held in our bright, kid-friendly facility, Play Group offers little ones the chance to explore age-appropriate equipment, crawl through tunnels, bounce on trampolines, and climb, jump, and balance at their own pace. While there’s no formal instruction, our staff is on hand to ensure a safe environment as children build coordination, confidence, and social skills. It’s a great first step into the world of active play—and a fun way to spend time together!

Special Programs Cancellation Policy

Dynamix Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel or change program schedules due to low enrollment, weather, or special events. Participants cancelled 48 hours prior to event start time are eligible to receive a full credit on their Dynamix account or transfer, refunds are not permitted. Participants canceled within 48 hours of event start time are ineligible to receive a credit, refund, or transfer.
