When does the 2025-2026 season begin and end?
Our 2025–2026 School-Year Session begins on September 8, 2025 and ends on June 13, 2026.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the 15th of every month for the following month. For example, billing on September 15 covers October.
How often are students evaluated?
Students are evaluated on an ongoing basis throughout the season by our coaching staff. If a gymnast is ready to move up mid-season, their coach will let you know. In addition, progress reports are sent home twice per year—once in December and again in April. If you ever have questions about your child’s current placement or progress, you’re welcome to contact the Front Desk to schedule an evaluation.
What are progress reports?
Progress reports are skill-based evaluations that help us track each gymnast’s development throughout the season. They’re not only a tool for our coaches—they also give parents and caregivers a clear understanding of what their child is working on, what they’ve accomplished, and where they can continue to improve. These reports also help gymnasts set goals, stay motivated, and take pride in their progress.
What happens if my child misses a class?
If your child will be absent, you can either submit the absence yourself through the Parent Portal or notify our Front Desk directly.
To be eligible for a makeup class, the absence must be reported before the scheduled class begins.
Makeup options vary by age and program—please refer to our Makeup/Attendance Policy for full details, or contact the Front Desk for assistance
What is your make up policy for the 2025-2026 season?
Active gymnasts (ages 5 and up) can make up 1 missed class every 8 weeks in Open Gym. Gymnasts under 5 years of age will be scheduled in an open Pre Gym class or Pre Gym Makeup Class. Make-ups must be scheduled through the front desk. Gymnasts MUST be ACTIVELY enrolled in class to schedule make-up classes. Unused makeup classes expire 8 weeks after the missed class. We DO NOT CREDIT/REFUND for missed classes. NOTE: Make-ups will not be permitted for scheduled holidays.
Do classes run on school holidays?
It depends. While we are closed on major holidays, we do not close for all school breaks. For the most accurate information, please refer to our Gym Calendar or contact the Front Desk. Make-ups are not given for scheduled holidays.
Can I join mid-season?
Absolutely! We accept mid-season enrollment as long as space is available. Registration remains open until May 1.
What are the Summer Session dates?
Our Summer 2025 Session runs from June 23 through August 22.
How do Risk-Free trials work?
Our Risk-Free Trial gives new families the chance to try a class before committing to the full session.
Here’s how it works:
Register for the class you’re interested in using our website, or app. On the registration form, check the box indicating it’s a trial. Attend the trial class—if it’s a great fit, your enrollment will continue automatically. If you decide not to continue, just let us know within 24 hours of the trial, and we’ll cancel the registration with no charge.
When is Summer tuition due?
For Summer Classes, tuition is collected in two parts:
-
50% of tuition is due at the time your registration is confirmed and processed.
-
The remaining 50% is automatically charged to the card on file on July 1.
After July 1, all summer tuition is due in full at the time of registration, along with the annual membership fee (if applicable).
How does summer registration work?
Summer registration is split into two separate programs: Summer Classes and Summer Camp. Each has its own registration process:
Families have the option to register for either a 9-week or a 7-week class package.
-
If registering for 9 weeks, you’ll attend the full session (June 23–August 22).
-
If registering for 7 weeks, you’ll note two weeks your child will be absent in the “notes” section during registration.
You can register online through the Parent Portal, Dynamix App, or on our website under the Summer Class Information page.
If you're unsure of placement, contact our Front Desk for assistance or to schedule an evaluation.
Tuition is charged once registration is confirmed and processed.
What is your make up policy for Summer classes?
Gymnasts MUST be called out absent prior to their scheduled class to be eligible to make up a missed class. Active gymnasts registered for 7 weeks can make up one class in the summer session & active gymnasts registered for 9 weeks can make up two classes in the summer session. Make ups must be scheduled through the front desk, gymnasts must be actively enrolled in class to schedule make up classes. Unused make up classes expire August 22, 2025. Missed classes will NOT receive a credit or refund
How are students evaluated in the Summer?
While summer students do not receive formal progress reports, our coaches are continually evaluating gymnasts throughout the session to ensure they are growing, challenged, and placed appropriately.
Before the School Year Registration, each student receives a Class Recommendation Sheet based on their performance and progress over the summer. This helps guide families to the best-fit class for the upcoming School-Year Session.
Just because there's no printed report doesn't mean we're not watching closely—our goal is always to support your child’s development and make sure they’re never stuck in a division they’ve outgrown.
What ages can attend Camp?
Both our Summer Camp and Schools Out Camps are open to children ages 5 and up.
