Gymnasts are encouraged to eat a healthy breakfast to properly fuel for practice as well as pack a snack to eat while they are here. If your gymnast forgets, they can purchase a snack from the front desk. Things Your Gymnast Needs The copper and bronze levels need no more than 1 lb and diamond and up no more than 1.5 lb ankle weights. These can be purchased easily at Amazon or Five Below. Please label with your gymnast’s name. Please also make sure your gymnast has tape (available at the front desk). The girls also need wristbands. Even if they do not use grips, they will need a pair of wristbands to keep in their cubby for strap bar. Attendance Practice with your team the week before the meet is mandatory.This means gymnasts are expected to be at their practice on time and for the full duration of the practice (no leaving early). ​ Please use the 2023-2024 attendance tracker to report any absences. This helps coaches properly plan practices for the girls. With vacations, this is extremely important to make sure we are utilizing our time with the girls the best we can, and this means being able to plan practices for the number of girls we expect to be there. Please help us out with this! Also a friendly reminder that gymnasts must attend 85% of practices in order to compete. Pick up Please make sure to pick your gymnasts up on time. Due to safe sport regulations and Dynamix policies, two staff members must be present at all times and if you are late picking up, two staff members are late leaving the gym. Please respect our staff's time and be a few minutes early for pick up. This has been an issue particularly on Friday evenings.

Dynamix Gymnastics participates in USAIGC Competitive Gymnastics Team Program. We offer Copper 1 & 2, Bronze, Diamond, Silver and Gold Levels. It is our goal to make these young gymnasts not only into great athletes but also into great children/teenagers/adults. We believe in the importance of gymnasts leading well rounded lives. While we want them to be dedicated to their sport we also will strive to foster outside interests. We believe in a coaching staff that is firm but fair and always respectful to the athletes. Dynamix is proud to be a USAIGC Club. USAIGC philosophy: "The USAIGC (United States Association of Independent Gymnastic Clubs) believes we must balance intelligent gymnastic training with our gymnast’s school challenges and encourage them to continue their outside activities with friends and family. You only go through life once and the USAIGC wants to build a well-rounded gymnast with their eye on higher education and one prepared to interface in the “real world”. Gymnastics is the greatest female sport there is and it is the process of becoming a gymnast that creates young ladies that are a head above their peers; they are successful students and great athletes who can succeed almost immediately in any sport they choose. Gymnastics teaches intangible life skills that have far more value and importance than scores and competitive levels. Active gymnasts (ages 5+) can make up one missed class every eight weeks in Open Gym, gymnasts under 5 years of age will be scheduled in an open Pre Gym class. Make ups must be scheduled through the front desk, gymnasts must be actively enrolled in class to schedule make up classes. Unused make up classes expire eight weeks after the missed class. We do not credit/refund for missed classes. Make-ups will not be permitted for scheduled holidays. Cancellation Policy Cancellation forms must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to a new tuition month. Cancellations after the start of a new tuition cycle will not receive a refund or credit. Refunds will not be given after the start of a tuition cycle at any time for programs canceled by participants, unless a physician's note is submitted with a refund request. 2024 Showcase FAQ 2024 Showcase Ad Form What is Showcase? Showcase is an event to highlight our gymnasts accomplishments and all the hard work they have put in throughout the year. Each gymnast will perform a routine or group of skills that they have been working on in each event. Gymnasts will be presented with a medal at the end of the show. Showcase does not include Tumbling classes or You & Me. About Us At Dynamix, we focus on the building blocks of gymnastics, centering our attention on the proper form and technique of each skill. Progressional steps are used to teach, ensuring that the gymnast is ready and able to perform more advanced skills. Lesson plans change every 4-6 weeks to ensure every student is getting what they need. We track the gymnast’s progressions with progress cards updated weekly, and progress reports handed out to parents twice a year. Check Out Our Facility! When a gymnast acquires a new skill, they ring the bell. Everyone in the gym will stop and watch them perform their new skill, and cheer for them! The gymnast will then receive a “rang the bell” bracelet!​
