2025 Summer Camp Guidlines

Lunch Registration

Welcome to the 2025 Dynamix Summer Camp!
We’re so excited to have your child join us for an unforgettable summer of fun, friends, and gymnastics. This page has everything you need to know—from weekly themes and daily activities to drop-off, pick-up, and what to bring each day. We can’t wait to make this summer our best one yet!

Camper Drop-off

When campers arrive they will be greeted by a coach every step of the way, from exiting the car to getting into the gym. Our coaches are here to bring them comfort and assure they make it to the right group.

AM Care is 8:00 am - 9:00 am. If your camper is in AM care you MUST walk them into the building.

Drop off begins at 8:50 am. (Strongly enforced - please see guidelines for policy)

Carline: Parents or guardians will need to pull up to the designated drop off/pick up zone in front of the steps. The camper(s) must exit car from drivers’ side, where a coach will escort the camper(s) inside. Parents may not exit the vehicle in the car line.

If you prefer to walk your camper in, this can be done on Monday mornings only. Please note that you will need to park your car and walk your child into the building. Child must be checked in with the carline coach.

Camper Pick-up

PM Care is 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm. If your camper is in PM care you MUST walk into the building to pick them up.

Pick up begins at 3:15 pm. DO NOT EXIT CAR (Strongly enforced - please see guidelines for policy)

Carline: Parents or guardians will need to pull up to the designated drop off/pick up zone (in front of steps). Once approached by a carline coach, please tell them your name and relationship to the camper. Please DO NOT exit your vehicle in the carline. If your camper needs help with the buckles, please proceed cautiously out of line to a parking spot.

In the event of an emergency that requires you to pick up your camper early (before 3:15pm), please contact the Front Desk. (215) 757-0111.

Lunch & Snack

Pretzel Wednesdays$1 (CASH ONLY) - Every Wednesday campers will be offered soft pretzels for $1 during snack. 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the Kisses for Kyle Foundation

Chick-Fil-A Thursdays - Includes nuggets, a snack, and a drink. (Included snack is only during lunch. Camper will still need to bring a morning snack)

Pizza Fridays - Includes pizza, a snack, and a drink! (Included snack is only during lunch. Camper will still need to bring a morning snack).

Campers must be pre-registered for lunch options. Registration must be done by the Tuesday of that week.

What Your Camper Needs

Please bring items below to camp each day labeled with your child's first and last name.

Water bottle
Morning snack
Healthy lunch with a beverage
Bathing suit and towel
Sunscreen
Shoes that can get wet

Use of cell phones and electronic games are not permitted during the camp day, and we strongly suggest these items be left at home. Dynamix is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

What Your Camper Should Wear

On scheduled water play days all gymnasts may wear their bathing suit to camp. (Please pack a change of clothes)

On all other days a one-piece leotard is best for girls (two-piece leotards are NOT permitted for safety reasons), or elastic shorts and a shirt that is form-fitting and can be tucked in. Boys should wear elastic shorts and a shirt that is form-fitting and can be tucked in.

No buckles, buttons, drawstrings, or zippers.

Jewelry is not permitted. Post earnings are allowed.

Hair must be pulled back away from face, no clips or bows.

Your camper should also bring shoes that can get wet. Crocs or water shoes works best but flip flops or slides are also a good alternative.
