What do I do if my child will not go into class? My child is upset?

We recommend that you allow the coach to take your child into class even if they are upset. The coach will bring your child out to you if they feel your child needs a break or a hug. It may take some time for them to be able to get through the entire class and that is OK. It’s a process for younger children. This is harder on you than it is on them.

How will I know when my child is ready to move up to the next Division/Program?

Gymnasts are evaluated on an ongoing basis. Contact the front desk to schedule an evaluation if you feel your child is not placed correctly.

When is summer tuition due?

50% of tuition is due at time of registration approval, the remaining 50% is due on July 1st and will be charged to the card on file. After July 1st prorated summer tuition and annual membership fee are due in full at the time of registration.

How do I register for the partial 7 week summer?

If enrolling for only 7 weeks: note two days not attending in questions/comments section, if nothing is noted your child will be registered for the full 9 week summer. Days not attending do not need to be consecutive, pick two days during the 9 week summer that your child will not be attending class.

When is my membership fee due?

The membership fee is annual, and will be added to monthly tuition on your anniversary month.

I want to freeze/cancel my child’s class? See cancellation policy
